POSITION SUMMARY:

• Assemble Electric Submersible Sensors and SPTX Surface Panels.
• Review work orders and acquire the engineering drawings/schematics and parts needed for the assembly.
• Perform electronic assembly, including wire striping, wiring, crimping and soldering.
• Perform checks using multimeters, megohmmeters and other measuring devices.

ssential Functions Statement(s) • Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly Other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• ?? Calculate appropriate processing times for each part

• ?? Remove parts from tanks after specified times, rinse, and immerse them in finishing baths

• ?? Complete all required documentation in accordance with company and processing guidelines

• ?? Oversee and assist line assistants to optimize throughput and maintain workflow

• ?? Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on the processing line

• ?? Ensure proper disposal of all hazardous waste materials in compliance with regulations

• ?? Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Knowledge of safety and hazardous material handling protocols is a plus

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
