In this role, ambassadors will be required to narrate scripted tours and safely drive electric trams in a high-paced manufacturing environment. Must be comfortable driving tram in busy auto manufacturing environment, narrating tours, and administrative tasks. What You’ll Do:

• Schedule tour reservations via phone and online registration system
• Perform community outreach via phone, email or in-person to build clientele
• Use, create or train with electronic documents and email system daily (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Support public tours by driving an electric tram or narrating up to four tours daily
• Prepare and clean PPE, trams and equipment daily
• Aid in the loading and unloading tour guests from trams and shuttles (where applicable)
• Give oral presentations in front of large, diverse groups of people
• Prepare tour/event materials, room set-ups, facility needs, etc.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure that guests remain within designated areas
• Contribute to idea creation and problem solving for the Experience Center operations
• Other duties as assigned
