Job Requirements
- Sit Down (propane, gas or electric) single/double forklift experience.
- Min. 2 years of recent forklift driving experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers
- Pull product from lines.
- Load machines with the appropriate product.
- Follow safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized workspace.
- Identify and inform problems concerning equipment and materials.
- Ensure product meets customer specifications.
- Meet production standards.
- Work in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
- Scanning knowledge, a plus.
Job details:
- 1st Shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
- Pay starts at $17.50.

Welder – Aluminum & Steel (MIG/TIG) | 2nd Shift | Randleman, NC

Position Details
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Pay: $24/hr and up, based on experience
- Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
- Location: Durham, NC
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Set up and adjust welding machines according to job specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
- Grind, cut, or clean metal to prepare materials for welding
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Pay:
- Production / Machine Operators: $17–$30/hr- based on experience
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (2nd shift hires will train on 1st shift for 1–3 week
Role Overviews
General Labor
(Entry point for candidates without CNC experience) Duties include:
- Deburring parts
- Basic quality inspection
- Learning machine operations over time
- Supporting various production areas as needed
- Assemblers also assist with pick/pack tasks in the distribution center
- Assembly work includes crimping small metal components using machines
Machine Operators / CNC Trainees
Exposure to CNC equipment including:
- ACME
- Fujis
- Bar-fed and slug-fed machines
Hands-on training provided. Ideal for mechanically inclined candidates wanting to grow into CNC Machinist roles
Advanced CNC Machinist:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn machines
- Perform minor tool offsets & load materials
- Conduct in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow SOPs & all safety standards
