Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months recent experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Assemble water-treatment system components and finished units according to company quality, safety, and production standards. This role supports the manufacturing of softeners, filters, tanks, and related parts used in residential and commercial water-treatment systems. Core Responsibilities• Assemble parts, sub-assemblies, and complete units following work instructions and diagrams.• Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures safely and correctly.• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, proper fit, and quality before moving to the next stage.• Perform basic troubleshooting on assembly issues such as misalignment, missing components, or material defects.• Maintain accurate counts of completed units, scrap, and materials used.• Keep the workstation clean, organized.• Follow all safety rules, including PPE requirements and safe handling of materials.• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or material shortages promptly.
