You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, manage inventory, and support production and shipping activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move, stack, and relocate materials.

Main tasks and responsibilities
•Clean up machines when job is out so as not to mix parts.
•Operate shank slotters, changing saw blade and adjusting as necessary.
•Operate rollers, slotters, etc., making sure of producing quality part that meets specifications.
•Ten hoppers fill when needed, dump drain trays and check parts.
•Put all stock on trucks and keep lots separate.
•Collect parts from each machine hourly, taking measurements and maintaining SPC charts, and adjusts when necessary.
•Get stock for machines from time to time, making sure each job is complete before changing jobs.
•Dump scrap and slugs in drain bins.
•Check machines for oil levels and keep coolant tanks cleaned when filled with slugs and shavings.
Level C: Able to move tubs, record tub movement in system, quality control, basic maintenance and cleanliness
Level B: All skills from level C plus replace broken tools, simple set ups
Level A: Level B plus all type of set ups, trouble shooting, total dependable to run a machine, skilled to do tooling and process improvement proposals.

Main tasks
•Set-up of sorting machines based on blue prints and part specifications.
•Compile performance reports, including SPC, charts and graphs.
•Use Hi-Lo to load and unload sorting machines.
•Ensure that each machine is calibrated correctly at the beginning of each shift so that it provides optimum output.
•Save tooling that is no longer necessary in its location in good conditions for futures orders.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Execute work orders including inspections, lubrication, cleaning, calibration, filter changes and repairs
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively. Safely perform all duties by following PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and other safety protocols.

Maintenance Electrician – Class A

Schedule: 7pm-5am
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring an experienced Journeyman Maintenance Electrician to join our growing team in New Hope, MN. This role performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of production and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, controls, and automation within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems for production and packaging equipment such as extruders, dryers, conveying systems, cartoners, baggers, palletizers, and more
-
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks

Train production teams on electrical and control components

Maintain all electrical systems in compliance with National Electrical Code standards

Modify, add, and update electrical systems with minimal supervision

Maintain and update control system backups, schematics, and documentation
-
Support capital projects from development through implementation

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Perform other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
-
Two-year Electrical Technician degree and/or one of the following:
-
Completed apprenticeship in electro-mechanical, electrical, controls, or related field
-
Relevant military training and experience
-
3+ years of hands-on experience in controls, automation, or electrical roles

Willingness to obtain CPR certification
-
Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime as needed

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, touch screens, and VFDs

OSHA 10 certification

Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, or articulated lifts
Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 34 lbs for 6+ hours per shift; up to 50 lbs for 3+ hours per shift

Ability to stand, walk, balance, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead for extended periods

Work in varying environments including dusty, cold, high heat, or humid conditions

Climb ladders, operate lifts up to 35+ feet, and perform fine motor tasks as required

Boiler’s License preferred but not required (higher pay range for licensed candidates)
