Job Responsibilities of the Debug Technician:

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications
• Performing/assisting with the repair process
• Ensure product quality through the repair and test of products
• Ensure product specifications are met
• Document issues and report potential quality related problems
• Order correct parts using documented procedures 
• Conduct data collection and analysis for use in problem solving and continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• This is a fully onsite position, must be able to report onsite daily
• NO TRAVEL REQUIRED! 
• Technical experience needed – personal or professional 
• Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems and related software tools

About the Role:

Join our state-of-the-art cement manufacturing facility as an Automation Technician! In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality of our products by keeping our automated lab and testing systems running safely and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment that analyzes materials and production samples — troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automation processes that directly impact product quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor automated quality testing systems for raw materials and finished product

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain consistent quality results

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on lab and control systems

• Verify, calibrate, and maintain instruments to ensure accurate data and reporting

• Analyze system data and communicate test results or issues to supervisors and plant teams

• Assist with process adjustments to keep production within target quality parameters

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical or associate degree in Automation, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 94 lbs (cement bag) and perform physical work as needed
