Job Opening: Production

ResourceMFG is currently seeking Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Battle Creek, MI. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for temporary employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and assist with production equipment and machinery
• Perform packaging, assembly, stacking, and material handling duties
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Must be open to working either 1st shift or 3rd shift
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
