Job Opening: 1st and 2nd shift Machine Operators and Assemblers
Description
We are currently seeking Industrial Assemblers and Machine Operators to join our team in Largo, FL. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to grow in a manufacturing environment. 1st & 2nd Shift available.
Pay rates:
Assemblers: 1st shift: $16.58/hr.
Machine Operators: 2nd shift: $19.07/hr.
Hours:
1st. shift: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm (Overtime will come as early as 5:30am)
2nd shift: Monday to Friday 2pm to 10:30pm (Overtime will come as after your shift. )
Assemblers:

Assemble mechanical or electronic components using hand or power tools

Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints

Perform quality checks on assembled products

Maintain a clean and safe work area
Machine Operators:

Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to specifications

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Keep accurate production and maintenance records

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus

Ability to use hand tools, read schematics, and follow instructions

Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
