Warehouse Lead in Mesquite

         Primary Responsibilities:  Be the supervisor of the shift.  Check-in new starts, welcome them to the company, communicate the orientation, make and distribute badges, set up new hires on the clock and show them how to punch in, walk new hires to their supervisors, make sure we stay with them until they feel comfortable.  Walk the floor periodically through out the shift and make sure associates questions get answered. Send a daily attendance reports by deadline each day.  Solve clock punch errors.  Qualified Leads must have the ability to communicate, have administrative skills to include using a computer, learning how to the order management system, and have reliable attendance. 

• Leads and fosters  key team dynamics ,i.e. urgency, teamwork, accountability, ownership

• Ensures and reinforces that all  Production operating  areas meet department appearance standards
• Review daily schedule for product and material availability
• Assist in Tracking  shift results with  systems and /or tracking boards  
• Understands Production  Line Reliability Targets and keeps track of results
• Ensures equipment downtime is properly, recorded into production system(s)
• Works with resources to get information and detail to submit any work requests for defects on line

• Conduct full acceptance testing of RF filters and sub-systems using established procedures.
