Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

In Battle Creek, MI we are searching for Maintenance Technicians for our direct hire opportunity for a confidential manufacturing client. Starting pay varies based on experience up to $44 / hour.

Available Shift: 3rd shift
split shift 5PM – 5AM (3 days on, 4 days off. 4 days on, 3 days off. )

In this role you will provide your expert maintenance knowledge and skillsets including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, problem solving for machinery, equipment, facilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 5 to 8 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance related field

- Strong knowledge and understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, belt systems, motors, pumps, and other industrial machine components

- Strong skills with electrical and mechanical aptitude (mechanical and electrical repair)

- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures is required (e.g. lock out / tag out, high voltage electrical)

- Working knowledge of and the ability to use hand and power tools
