Job Opening: Team Lead
Description
We are seeking a Team Lead to train as an assistant to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and help oversee the venue when the GM is not on site.
Position Details:

Type: Approx. 40 hours per week; hours may vary based on events

Schedule: Mostly weekends, as this is when events are held

Pay: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general management functions of the venue

Provide leadership and direction to staff during events

Ensure smooth operations when the GM is away

Wear “many hats” across hospitality, operations, and facility support
Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience (hospitality experience preferred)

Mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance skills

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Ability to work flexible hours, with emphasis on weekends
