?? Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
?? Pay: $26.95/hr
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Production Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll operate production machinery, check parts for quality, and help keep our work running smoothly and safely. This position is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Welders must have understanding of joining materials, reading blueprints, selecting techniques for appropriate welding methods, and inspecting welds to meet safety standards and design specifications.

Operate production equipment following specifications

Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

Keep accurate logs and records of production

Report and document any errors or defective parts

Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Assist with other duties as needed

Strong work ethic and reliability
- Welding experience

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
