ob Title: Program Manager Assistant
Level/Pay: Full time, Non-Exempt
Job Purpose: To act as support for the Program Management Team. Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Essential to maintain a positive attitude with the sensitivity to the customer needs at any given moment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to all PM request
2. Monitor and control response to PM requirements from initial contact to fulfillment.
3. Provide PMs with up-to-date information. Interface with all internal departments as necessary
to facilitate accurate and timely information to the customer.
4. Ensure all commitments made to customer are met and notify PMs if delivery promises cannot
be fulfilled well in advance of customer’s expectation.
5. Work with PMs that are assigned to the account.
6. Perform a wide variety of routine and non-routine tasks including but not limited to the
following:
a. Follow Company ISO processes
b. Respond to and resolve all inquiries from customer and /or internal departments
c. Drive RMA/Rework team daily to assure completion of assembly
7. Utilize all resources to satisfy the customer.
Knowledge and Skill: Knowledge with sales, customer service and ISO processes. Skill is effectively
communicating, and writing is required. Must have strong Excel capabilities. Must be able to multi-task
throughout the day.
Work experience requirements: Two (2) to five (5) years prior job-related experience.
Education & Certification Preferred: High School
