Title: Cerakote Applicator (Metal Finishing)

Hours: 1^st and 2^nd shift 6am-3pm and 3pm-11:30pm

Pay: $25-$30/hour + DOE

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Cerakote Applicator to join our team! You will be preparing and applying Cerakote paint on a variety of aluminum, steel, and other materials. If You are an experienced Cerakote applicator who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality product to customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• mixing and activating Cerakote paint;
• closely visually inspecting parts for burrs/tool marks, 
• prepping parts, including wash and blast, and/or ensuring wash and blast was performed properly;
• applying Cerakote paint to the appropriate thickness and finish requirements;
• oven curing the parts, taking care to ensure the oven is set to the right temperature and cure time;
• visually inspecting finished parts after completion;
• cleaning and organizing paint equipment and work area; and
• performing daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
