Compensation: $28–$42 per hour (DOE)
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–4:30pm (Monday–Thursday) + 7.5 hours on Friday

Position Summary

This role involves programming, setting up, and machining complex components using Swiss-style machines, Lathe equipment systems. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in precision machining and capable of working independently on both short-run and long-run production.

Essential Job Functions

• Process operations to be performed, including material sizing.
• Program machining operations for Swiss and Lathe equipment.
• Set up machines for production.
• Determine appropriate in-process inspection procedures.
• Machine complex component parts for both short and long runs; deburr during machine time.
• Select appropriate personnel to assist with setup and production.
• Choose the correct machines (Swiss and Lathe) for each job.
• Collaborate with scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

Education, Experience & Skills
•     Six to eight years of relevant machining experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•     Strong background machining complex components; experience in Aerospace, Medical, or Nuclear industries is a plus.
•     Hands-on experience with Citizen Swiss, Lathe machining systems is highly beneficial.
•     Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
•     Effective verbal and written communication skills.
