Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic Needed In Greeley

 $25-45 depending on experience 

1st shift opportunity 

As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic you will maintain and repair machinery such as bulldozers, cranes, graders, excavators and other equipment. 

• Diagnose and repair vehicle and equipment malfunctions on all major systems including gas/diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, differentials, drivelines, generators, rear-end assemblies, carburetors, and hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, ignition, electrical and cooling systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks
• Prioritize Jobs and ensure maintenance shop is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner
• record keeping and documentation 
• Will also help maintenance with machines repair in the yard- conveyor belts/systems, Lifts, blowers
• Work indoors and outdoors depending on location of repairs needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to read, understand, follow, and give oral and written instructions in English
• May be required to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions for long periods of time – hot and cold
• Exposure to loud noises
• Exposure to fumes, odors, gases, dusts, etc.  
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and components
