• Must have a strong mechanical Aptitude.  (Experience Working  on automobiles or other mobile equipment) 
• Must be able to read process sheets, instruction guides to assemble  the forklifts and route houses and wire harnesses.
• Must know how to use hand tools, torque wrenches etc.  
• Must have safety toed shoes, able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete for the shift.
