Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)

• Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Assemble optical, electronic, and mechanical components
• Perform opto-mechanical assembly, alignment, bonding, and adhesive curing
• Follow written procedures and complete required documentation
• Maintain cleanroom standards and a contaminant-free workspace
• Inspect and verify work to meet quality and specification requirements

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or cleanroom assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Experience with lasers, ESD, or torque tools is a plus

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Wood Shop Helper to join our team. This position supports daily shop operations by assisting with woodworking projects, material handling, assembly, sanding, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Assist with woodworking and production projects
• Sand, assemble, and prepare products for finishing

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing basic preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and facility systems.

• Location: Snohomish, WA
• Pay: $25/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasionally 6:00 AM–3:00 PM)
• Overtime: Occasional Saturdays, 4–5 hours
• Assignment Duration: 3-6 months

Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems.
• Assists in repairing woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts following manuals and manufacturer specifications
• Orders necessary supplies and replacement parts
• Completes preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
• Maintains accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Performs duties in alignment with established safety rules and procedures
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participates in safety meetings, continuous improvement programs, and other required sessions
• If assigned to the Treating Department, follows hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures
• Prepares required reports and documentation
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1+ year machine repair experience in a maintenance environment
• Technical knowledge — Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, control technology, and welding
