• Create accurate angles, radii, and precision features to produce high-quality tooling.
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and equipment concerns.

Requirements of this role:

• Experience with manual machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).
• Basic CNC mill/lathe operation knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to take a concept from idea → machined part → final assembly.
• Willingness to learn and grow in injection mold maintenance.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Second Shift)

Pay Rate: $18.25 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Assemble small products and components with accuracy.
• Quality Control: Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Machine Feeding: Safely load raw materials or components into production machinery.
• Stocking & Inventory: Stock products and keep work areas organized.
• Tool Operation: Utilize basic hand tools as needed for assembly or production adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements
