We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. This role ensures smooth coordination between the warehouse, trucking companies, and customers by managing shipment documentation, verifying orders, and maintaining clear communication across all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping & Documentation: Prepare, verify, and manage all inbound and outbound shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other related paperwork.

• Order Tracking & Data Entry: Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records using internal and external tracking systems.

• Order Verification: Ensure outgoing and incoming orders meet customer specifications for quantity, product codes, and quality.

• Driver Coordination: Communicate with truck drivers during pickups and deliveries to confirm load details and resolve any discrepancies.

Job Summary

• Ensure FIFO First In First Out processing of vehicles
