The Fusion Welder is responsible for performing high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations in a high-heat manufacturing environment. This role requires experience working with gas-assisted welding processes, the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver gas cylinders/tanks weighing 50 pounds from a dolly to the workstation     
•  Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.

In this role, you will assemble and test pump stations and irrigation systems while ensuring quality standards and production deadlines are met.
