What You'll Do:

• Prepare metal valve components for painting by cleaning surfaces, taping ID tags, and masking lever components.
• Apply industrial coatings, primers, epoxies, and urethanes using spray guns and airless painting equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure complete coverage, identify bare spots, and apply required open/close labels and stickers.
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production-driven environment.

Must Have's:

• Experience with industrial painting, coating applications, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to use spray painting and airless coating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude

Receive freight: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify accuracy against packing slips.

Track stock: Count physical inventory and resolve supply variances inside management databases.

Organize materials: Tag, shelve, and retrieve delicate paper rolls, heavy cardstock, inks, and chemicals safely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets Jump in with manual case picking when directed Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise What We’re Looking For: 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience Must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification A true team player who works toward common goals Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team Work Environment: This job operates in a warehouse environment—where the action happens!
