Requisitos del Puesto:

• Capacidad para leer y utilizar correctamente una regla y/o cinta métrica, ya que el trabajo requiere medir y cortar cables con precisión.
• Habilidad para realizar levantamientos frecuentes de hasta 50 libras, debido a que los cables se manejan en carretes (spools) de gran peso.
• Buena condición física para desempeñar un trabajo activo durante toda la jornada laboral.
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones, especificaciones de corte y procedimientos de seguridad.
• Atención al detalle para asegurar medidas correctas y cumplir con estándares de calidad.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar overtime/tiempo extra
• Experiencia previa en manufactura, almacén, producción o trabajos físicos es altamente deseable, pero no obligatoria (se ofrece capacitación).
