Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to read and interpret drawings / specifications and work instructions.
• Installs required components utilizing current assembly practices.
• Assembly process may include fitting, mounting, alignment, adjusting, operational testing, repairs, in-depth troubleshooting and diagnosing, and training of other personnel.
• Operates and effectively uses hand and power tools and all applicable measure equipment.
• Organizes, coordinates and cleans workstation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum1+ year Manufacturing Experience
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings

Job Requirements:

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Repetitive lifting of up to 35 lbs to 50 lbs.
• Ability to differentiate color
• Frequent bending/stooping/reaching
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to react quickly to and obtain the correct assistance when equipment malfunctions
• Full understanding of all housekeeping and GMP requirements
• When equipment is down, can line operator will perform other work including but not limited to general housekeeping, assistance with maintenance, dumping scrap and trash hoppers, safety hazard identification, etc.
• Strong communications skills and ability to give and receive information to address quality, operational and maintenance issues and needs
• Basic mechanical skills/aptitude desire

Sandblaster

NW Houston client needs a skilled sandblaster to work their first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm

Client Requires 2+ Years

Sandblasting in manufacturing environment

Excellent math and measurement skills

Basic maintenance of equipment

Magnolia Client hiring for Power Washer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cleans and removes dust, grease, oil, mud, and other substances from exterior of vehicles, machinery, pumps, engines, or any other items requested.
• Coordinates with the Frac Coordinator on equipment processed through the Wash Bay to optimize efficiency through the shop.
• Understands all piping, valves, and flow through wash bay area.
• Operates bobcat skid loader, various pumps and pressure washers necessary to clean, and maintain facilities, containers and equipment.
• Unloads various vessels containing non-hazardous oilfield waste.
• Performs routine service and cleaning of yard equipment and facilities, as directed by Ops management.
• Keeps wash bay area clean and organized to prevent injury and increase productivity.
