Local cabinetry company in the Porter / New Caney area is looking for a Shop Helper to assist the Sr. Craftsmen with reloading the machines, measuring and cutting materials, spraying adhesive, cleaning and wrapping finished product and keeping the shop organized and clean.  Fantastic opportunity to learn and grow.

Office Assistant

Accounting Clerk

Spring area machine shop has an immediate need for an Office Assistant / Accounting Clerk!  In this role you will be responsible for phones, walk-ins and visitors, data entry for payables and receivables, and the time for a staff of 8, ordering supplies.  If you can quickly shift gears, multi-task and self-direct - this is the role for you!

For You - 

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasional Saturdays
• Starting Pay of $18.50

Fabrication Lead

Humble area fabrication facility is adding a Fabrication Lead / Foreman to the team.  This role will be responsible for keeping team on track, engaged and motivated to meet deadlines with quality product!

• Pay is $25.00 - 28.00 to start - this is an hourly and increase eligible role!
• OT and Saturdays as Needed
• Ability to work 2nd shift highly desired

Job Requirements:

Client desires 3 to 5 Years +:

• Must have 3 years recent Lead / Supervisor experience in  fabrication environment (required)
• Prior fabrication experience highly desired
• Equipment Knowledge & Skills – Knowledge of welding and steel-working process and equipment 
• Must have experience with crane, rigging and forklifts to manage and move steel material as needed
• Provides the team with the vision of the project objectives
• Provides motivation and accountability to the team
• Responsible for providing training and mentoring to production staff as needed
• Responsible for holding employees accountable to established and maintain production and quality standards. 
• Encourages constant improvement and leads by example;
• Must adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements

Quality Control and Inspection

Weld Inspection

Humble area fabrication shop is adding a QC Inspector to the team.  This role will be responsible for incoming, in process, and final inspection, bolting strength, final paint, mostly weld inspection.  Great team and awesome coworkers.

FOR YOU

• 1st Shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm - Saturdays and OT as needed
• Pay Up To $29/hr to start - 
• Ability to work 2nd shift
