Minimum Qualifications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of solar panels, materials, and components throughout the manufacturing process.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
- Identify, document, and separate non-conforming products or materials.
- Notify Quality and Production Supervisors of quality concerns, defects, or process deviations.
- Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify product labels, serial numbers, and identification information as required.
- Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Maintain inspection records and support traceability requirements.
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair aluminum boat hulls, decks, superstructures, and related marine equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, fit, and align aluminum materials for welding and assembly.
- Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity, quality, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform finishing work, including grinding, sanding, and polishing welds as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors, fabricators, and other production team members to meet production schedules.
