Primary Responsibilities:

• Cleans and removes dust, grease, oil, mud, and other substances from exterior of vehicles, machinery, pumps, engines, or any other items requested.
• Coordinates with the Frac Coordinator on equipment processed through the Wash Bay to optimize efficiency through the shop.
• Understands all piping, valves, and flow through wash bay area.
• Operates bobcat skid loader, various pumps and pressure washers necessary to clean, and maintain facilities, containers and equipment.
• Unloads various vessels containing non-hazardous oilfield waste.
• Performs routine service and cleaning of yard equipment and facilities, as directed by Ops management.
• Keeps wash bay area clean and organized to prevent injury and increase productivity.

Shop Cleaner

Heights area Industrial Repair and Supply company has an immediate need for a Shop Cleaner.  In this role you will be responsible for keeping the shop and tools clean and organized as well as handling the trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break-rooms.

• Pay is $15 - $17/hr Depending on Experience

This role will collaborate closely with the Shop Manager and Production Specialist to ensure that workflow meets specific customer deadlines. They will also prepare comprehensive estimates for fabrication of miscellaneous steel projects based on blueprint drawings and requests submitted by customers. In addition, they will complete cutsheets for the shop based on the same when orders are submitted and ensure that projects are completed as per customer specifications and on time working closely with Production.

Design and draft working layouts and master drawings of inflatable packer and related downhole tool components, assemblies and systems from specifications, sketches, models, prototype or verbal instructions.

Ability to work under minimum supervision in a general office setting. Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks solid modeling program and intermediate knowledge of MS Office software to include Word and Excel. Familiarity with computer networks and e-mail systems.

Job Requirements:

• Drafting and Designing in SolidWorks
• EPDM, SAP experience a plus
• Oil and Gas
• Downhole Tooling
• Make detail drawings/assemblies/layouts of the final designs.
• Dispatch drawings or engineering corrections, through existing approval processes to the receiving party.
• Coordinate required filing or sorting of engineering products, to include drawings, with the assistance of the administrative support person or other engineering personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Keep desk and work area clean and orderly.

Educational Requirements:

Requires Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
