Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. This role involves operating a forklift while also assisting with general warehouse and paper processing duties. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and performing a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Unload incoming trucks and transport materials to designated areas
- Assist with paper shredding operations
- Pull and move paper bales and bale wire as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the facility
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification is a plus
- Experience operating a skid steer is preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Additional Information
This is a Forklift Operator position; however, employees will not be operating a forklift 100% of the time. The role includes a mix of equipment operation, material handling, and general labor responsibilities.

Main Tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain fluid, professional, and positive relationships with customer procurement and logistics representatives.
- Manage customer communications across all channels, including phone inquiries, emails, customer portals, and EDI systems.
- Receive, review, validate, and enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system for accuracy. Inform customers promptly of order reception and delivery confirmations.

*Responsibilities
· Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and machinery in, and used by the company including, but not limited to, checking oil, lubricating, changing filters, cleaning of such machines and equipment,
· Maintain accurate records of work
· Properly report problems and concerns about machines and equipment to appropriate people and departments, such as machine repair
· Generally, keep machines and equipment in clean and neat appearance
· Operate oil reclaimer to separate clean oil for reuse

Position Summary
The Mold Change Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, removal, setup, and changeover of molds used in rubber, plastic, or injection molding manufacturing processes. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, ensuring production readiness, maintaining equipment integrity, and supporting quality and safety standards. The Mold Change Operator works closely with production, maintenance, quality, and tooling teams to ensure seamless production transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mold changes on injection molding and compression molding equipment according to production schedules.
- Remove, install, align, and secure molds using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct startup procedures and verify machine readiness prior to production runs.
- Troubleshoot mold installation issues and coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling departments as needed.
- Perform mold cleaning, inspection, and preventative maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine setup, mold changing, or related industrial experience preferred.
