Job Opening: Production Finisher

Resource MFG has immediate openings for experienced Storeroom Attendants in Grand Rapids, MI!! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that manufactures custom gaskets, seals, and precision-converted components for automotive and industrial applications.

Morning Shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Pay $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Accept materials for each assigned job, review and evaluate prior to beginning.
• Reads job specifications (job traveler) to determine machine adjustments, material requirements, picking and/or packing instructions and to fully understand process prior to beginning each operation.
• Fills out sequence at every operation completed.Bond materials together using special adhesives.
• Bore holes for final assembly.Position parts in specified opening and screws or bolts them in place.
• Measure to length.
• Mark or stamp parts according to job.
• Inspect parts and assure that counts are accurate.
• Completes first piece and last piece comparisons throughout the process.
• Follow-up with team lead to verify any questions if necessary.
• Perform operation to acceptable quality standards and transports finished work pieces.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
