Job Opening: CNC Machine Operator A Shift
Description
Resource MFG has immediate openings for experienced experienced CNC Machine Operators in Grand Rapids, MI! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a machining company that manufactures high-quality metal components and assemblies for industries including aerospace, medical, automotive, agriculture, and industrial manufacturing.
Morning Shift Monday- Thursday 5am-3pm
Afternoon Shift Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-12:30am
Pay $24.00 – $32.00 depending on experience

- Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills.
- Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.
- Must be willing to learn and have the ability to be coached.
- Previous?Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe?operation preferred.
- Min. 2 years of any CNC operation, experience operating?Murata and/or Star machinery a plus
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T.
- Must be self-motivated, have willingness to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic
