Resource MFG has immediate openings for Assembly in Kentwood, MI! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes office furniture, workplace solutions, and architectural products that help organizations create productive and flexible work environments.

Morning Shift 5am-1:30pm or 6:00am-2:30pm

Afternoon Shift 4:00pm – 12:30am

Pay $17.50 – $19.50

Unlimited referral bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble office furniture and workplace products according to quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production goals while following safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
