Experienced Appliance Repair Technician Needed in Inver Grove Heights

This is a full-time Direct Hire position that will provide consistent work and compensation. If you have previous experience in construction or maintenance positions. The compensation structure will be based on prior experience and expertise, but we will be offering competitive starting wages, with opportunities for increases.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $27 (Starting wage for those with 1 year experience) More than $27+ DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE** | $2500 Sign-On Bonus (After 90 Days)

Your day to day will include:

• Visits to 8 – 10 customer's homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Processing orders electronically, identifying parts you need
• Submitting your parts needs
• Providing excellent customer service
• Keeping your company truck well maintained & organized

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of Direct, Professional Appliance Repair Experience
• Experience with various manufacturers and types of appliances preferred. From laundry to complete kitchen varieties.
• Comfortable utilizing a Multi-meter and other diagnostic tools
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• An active EPA Certification (Type 1 or Universal)
• Sealed Systems Experience
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
