Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring products meet quality standards while helping maintain an efficient workflow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators to ensure daily production schedules are completed efficiently.
• Prepare, stage, and replenish materials and supplies for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to identify workflow improvements.
• Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.
• Participate in quality control inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, lifting, squatting, and moving materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and document procedures accurately.
