Location: Rogers, MN
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour | 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

We are seeking a motivated Metal Finisher to join a growing manufacturing team in Rogers, MN. This position is responsible for grinding, polishing, and finishing aluminum and stainless-steel products while ensuring the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Grind, polish, and finish aluminum and stainless-steel parts to customer specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment
• Remove imperfections and prepare surfaces for final production stages
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work etic
