Transport, maintain and stock raw materials and completed products for manufacturing processes for the company, coordinating with department managers and personnel to support their respective operations in a timely, quality and efficient manner. Ability to understand paper stock material thickness, foil differences, Gripper/Guide differences and most stock criteria to supply departments different stock materials to departments production ready. Ability to keep separate critical items of products and clearly mark them with labels or other identifying methods. Maintain a safe environment for personnel and machinery, while following all company safety manuals and company safety procedures and initiatives. Ability to handle all turning operations cleanly, safely, well jogged and in exact required orientation. Perform daily cleaning of the Automaton as well as the routine maintenance per the manual. Perform all other related duties and projects assigned by management.

We are seeking skilled sheet metal Press Brake Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Durham, NC. In this role, you will set up and operate press brake machines to form high-quality metal components according to engineering specifications. Job Requirements

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
  • Select, install, and adjust tooling including dies, punches, and back gauges
  • Program CNC press brakes or adjust manual controls as required
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Perform first-article inspections and verify tolerance compliance
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
  • Communicate production issues or improvement opportunities to supervisors
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 to 3 years of press brake experience preferred, entry-level candidates considered
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
  • CNC press brake experience preferred
  • Knowledge of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
