Pay: 18.50-25/hr based on experience 

DESCRIPTION:
Works from drawings, 3D CAD models, and programs developed by CNC Programmers
Set up and inspect first article parts.
Use basic measurement tools to measure parts to customer drawings and 3D CAD model.
Learn and utilized advanced inspection systems such as Keyence vision system.
Solve technical machining problems to yield conforming products.
Work with CNC Programmers to develop sustainable machining programs.
Work with QC Inspectors to troubleshoot nonconforming conditions.
Establish effective setup procedures, generate work instructions for future production runs
Change cutting tools and location of work pieces during machining process.
Installs cutting tools and various work holding devices to handle the size of stock to be machined.
Makes necessary adjustments to set-ups during course of operations to maintain accurate production.
Detects and reports improper operation, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions.
Run multiple CNC machines.
Utilize manual machines to manufacture parts to drawing and CAD model.
Ensures quality of parts before forwarding them to next operation/process.
Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company-
Reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor/Management/Maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.

Company in Morrisville looking for a Water Treatment specialist for their Night shift.

Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 6am.

20 to 22 per hour. Performance to hire opportunity! Once company hires you , there is opportunity for pay increase 

Job description

Responsible for the general operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment, lift stations, and collection system. Work includes the sampling and testing of wastewater.

•  Run ALAR solids removal equipment Collect waste water generated by the plant.
• Treat waste water via established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Document all action taken.
• Test boiler water chemistry and make adjustments as needed.
• Report any inconsistencies or discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager.
• Report any safety violations to Safety & Maintenance Manager.
• Report any Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) violations to Quality & Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to calculate and measure.
• Maintain operations logbooks.
• Perform all required daily and weekly cleaning.
