Job Requirements
- Assemble and install copper or aluminum busbars inside electrical panels and switchgear
- Read and follow diagrams, layouts, and measurements accurately
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and measuring tools
- Perform precision work requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a continuous basis
- Work safely in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Prior experience using hand and power tools is required
- Construction, industrial assembly, or large-equipment assembly background preferred
Shift Information

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $18.50 and up based on experience

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Training required on Day Shift for 3 to 4 weeks
- Pay: $20.00 and up based on experience
