Production Associate – Wiring Company

Location: West Side
Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $16.25/hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Mandatory overtime as required

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our wiring manufacturing team. Associates will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, handling, and packaging wiring products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire and cable components according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Operate basic production equipment and tools
• Package finished products for shipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production goals and deadlines
• Work mandatory overtime when required

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team environment
