Logistics Coordinator – Picker/Packer (1st Shift)

Location: St. Paul, MN Pay Rate: $26.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Employment Type: Contract (2–3 Months with Potential for Extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator – Picker/Packer to support warehouse and logistics operations in St. Paul, MN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely shipment of supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship materials and supplies
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory appropriately
• Match pick sheets to product using part numbers and descriptions
• Coordinate and fulfill internal supply requests
• Support specialty equipment and uniform distribution requests
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Perform basic quality assurance checks as needed
• Assist with inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and special projects
• Support evolving warehouse and logistics needs as responsibilities expand

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (frequent lifting of 15–20 lbs)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory and part numbers
• Intermediate computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, order tracking)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
