Position Overview

As a General Assembly / Warehouse Production Associate, you will play a key role in the assembly and production of power tools. This is a fast-paced, production-driven environment with hourly performance targets, requiring strong attention to detail, speed, and quality.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become long term based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble power tools and components according to established standards
• Meet or exceed hourly production goals
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements with precision
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work at a consistent, fast pace
• Commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Warehouse or assembly experience is a plus but not required
