Pay: $20.00 per hour
1st Shift: 7:00a.m.- 5:30p.m. Monday-Thursday Plus OT when needed

Wire Shop Technician Job Responsibilities:
The Wire Shop Technician is responsible for hand soldering, and crimping terminals, building cables and wiring machines/panels.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Inspect and perform Class 2 soldering skills
• Inspect work product for conformance to IPC-A-620 Class 2 standards
• Installation of mechanical, and electrical components including the operation of basic and advanced assembly equipment
• Some product testing and machine operation
• Provide initial counts of bags and labels for orders (take inventory)
• Location of correct materials from packaging area
Minimum Job Qualifications:
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in cable soldering and crimping
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and understand electrical prints and schematics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Firm understanding of ISO standards
• Quality oriented and Goal driven
