Job Title: Loader and Press Operator (Heavy Lifter)
Location: Newnan, GA
- Loaders (Heavy Lifters Only): 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift; $18-19 per hour
- Press Operators (Heavy Lifters Only): 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift; $21-22 per hour
Job Description: As a Loader and Press Operator (Heavy Lifter), you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into machinery, operating presses, and ensuring the efficient production of our goods. This position requires strength, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load raw materials onto machinery, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate presses and other machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or defects.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
