Job Requirements
•Must have clean room environment experience.
•Perform job functions in accordance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), federal and state laws, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, health authority regulations, and departmental processes.
•Monitor and observe the quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. Report defects to Operator, Team Lead, or Supervisor.
•Package products (manually) into cartons and final shipping box.
•Move materials, supplies, and equipment to work stations (manually), using carts, lift- trucks, and pallet jacks.
•Supply materials to conveyors, hopper, or other feeding devices and unload packaged product.
•Clean and sanitize equipment and machinery in the work area (manually). Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures per SOP’s needed to maintain cGMP environment.
•Attach identification labels to finished packaged items. Maintain packaging rate.
