Offering $100 Weekly Attendance Bonus!

$16.00 ($18.50 w/ weekly bonus)-$16.35 ($18.85 w/weekly bonus ) per hour

$750 90 day bonus

$750 180 day bonus

Temp to Hire

Shifts Available:

1st Shift 5:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday
2nd Shift 4:00pm-2:30am Monday to Friday

Assemblers Job Duties:

Assembling Heater Core and A.C. Units for Ford vehicles.
Operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous processing operation.
Assembling parts to form complete units at a bench or workstation on a conveyor line in the factory.
May include operations requiring the use of simple hand tools and/or activated power or special assembly tools.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 months relevant Assembly experience
Attention to detail
Able to use basic hand and power tools
Basic Math
Mechanical aptitude
Able to read blueprints/drawings
Hand eye coordination and dexterity
Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines
Follow standard work instructions as assigned
Perform hands-on tasks
Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Troubleshoot issues
Meet production standards
Work in a team environment
Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
Inspection of product
Experience with electronic assembly, a plus
