ResourceMFG Is Now Hiring for Full-Time Production Packers In Berlin

We are seeking entry level candidates to work in a team setting, in a clean, temperature controlled facility. 

Pay: $19.00 Per Hour

Shifts: Monday- Saturday (Optional Sundays for Double-time) 

B Shift: 3:00PM – 11:00PM

C Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM

Job Description

• Packages and labels finished products
• Actively communicates with coworkers 
• Follows work instructions as needed 
• Maintains a safe/clean environment in work area.
• Sweeps any debris from work area in the production area and machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies.
• May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.

Qualifications

• Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a moderate paced and multi-task environment.
• Maintains positive team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
