Job Opening: Bagger and Filling Machine Lead

ResourceMFG is now hiring a Pouching area Line Lead in the Bedford Heights area!

Shift: 1st shift 8am- 4pm

Pay rates: $21.00-$26.00

Job Duties:

• Must be able to operator the pouching equipment and train other employees.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• Responsible for contacting maintenance for mechanical issues
• Moves raw materials (or directs tow motor driver) from the central picking location to assigned line as outlined by work orders received.
• Reviews the upcoming work orders and materials picked.  Communicates with tow motor driver, Production Supervisor, AND Warehouse Supervisor WHEN THERE ARE ANY COMPONENTS LISTED ON THE WORK ORDER but NOT STAGED IN THE AREA.
• Must be able to use the SAP system to move and post materials.

Requirements:

• Troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.  Overtime when necessary.
• Must be able to perform basic math skills.
• Must be able to perform basic computer functions.
