Job Opening: Tool and Die Tech

ResourceMFG is searching for a Tool and Die Tech for the Gordonsville area!
Second Shift: 4:00pm – 12:00 am
Pay based on Experience: $18.25- $28.00 per hour
The essential duties of the tool and die technician include but are not limited to:
- the maintenance and service of manufacturing tooling (Progressive Dies, Blanking Dies, and Emboss Dies) by performing the following duties: grinding, shimming, drilling, deburring, and polishing tools as needed.
- This includes the operation of the following equipment: Mills, Lathe, Drill Press, and Surface Grinder. Employee will also perform daily and weekly tool inspections, monthly die preventive maintenance and quarterly die preventive maintenance. Reading and interpreting tool drawings and prints.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Journeyman Tool and Die Training or Equivalent Vocational Training
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a tool and die technician.
