HIRING ASSEMBLY AND MACHINE OPERATORS for an automotive plant in Bowling Green!
Shifts: 1st 7am – 3:30pm / 2nd 3pm-11:30pm / 3rd 11pm-7:30am
Shifts: 1st 6am – 2:30pm / 2nd 2pm – 10:30pm / 3rd 10pm – 6:30am
*Shifts depend on the line assigned*
*mandatory OT every other weekend
Pay: $16.00 for 1st / $16.75 for 2nd and 3rd
Job Duties
- Insure quality of all parts produced in assigned work area
- Attain safety, quality and productivity goals
- Learn all aspects of all parts produced in assigned work area, including critical quality factors, customer needs, and acceptable standards
- Use appropriate measuring equipment
- Maintain die lubrication
- Maintain assembly equipment, ensuring weld quality on parts
- Report all critical and non-critical problems to Manufacturing Shift Leader, Laser Leader and/or Laser Engineer (as applicable) and to Manufacturing Team Members on the next shift
- Fill in on other machinery or clean up work area, when automatic press is not running
- Attend training as required
- Keep accurate records
- Complete correspondence, documentation and reports as required
- Read, follow and become familiar with all details and work instructions
- Promote and facilitate Open Door process and Fair Treatment
- Participate in Continual Improvement activities
- Adhere to customer requirements, Business Operating System and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
