We are Hiring General Labor Technicians in Brownsville TX!

Pay: $10-11/hr. paid weekly 

$15-16.50 OT

Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools to fabricate or repair parts and products according to specifications.
• Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or verbal instructions to effectively carry out tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently assemble products on the production line.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations mandated by the company and industry standards.
• Identify and address any defective items promptly and according to established procedures.
• Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues as they arise during production processes.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and precision in all tasks performed.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for intricate work.
• Ability to stand for extended 8–12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Capability to handle various physical duties as assigned.
• Openness to learning and performing specialized tasks with on-the-job training.
• Proficiency in effectively utilizing both heavy and light equipment as required for the job site.
