Resourcemfg Hiring for Machine operator In Wheatland Pa

8pm- 8am

Pay 14.00

Work 3 12 hour shifts have 4 day offs

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing, cutting, and packaging machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Inspect output for quality and ensure compliance with specifications
• Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and quality procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status and issues

• Previous experience in a production or machine operator role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate various machinery

1st shift- 8 am- 4 pm

2nd shift- 4:00 pm - 12:00 am 

3rd shift- 12:00 am - 8:00 am

$16+ an hour! 

- Review work order for job specification - Load machine hopper manually or automatically (Depending on machine) - Ensure plastic is extruding and cooling to parameters of work order - Monitor machine for proper function - Inform supervisor if machine is not operating as expected - Visually inspect all products to ensure they have no defects (Cracks, tears, bubbles, blisters, contamination, etc.) - Take final products from machine and place into boxes - Place labels onto boxes with proper product count & job order specifications - Build boxes for finished products - Sweep and maintain a clean environment - Requirements: o Desire to learn more o Drive to grow with the company o Strong attendance o 6m+ of industry related experience o Strong communication skills o Reliable transportation
