We have 20+ IMMEDIATE openings for entry level Production Workers and Machine Operators in Shelbyville!!

No experience, no problem!!  No previous Manufacturing, Production, or Machine Operator experience is required.  We will train!

Starting Pay is 16.50-16.80 per hour

Production Worker and Machine Operators responsibilities include: 

• Loading and unloading automotive parts in the machine,
• Quality inspecting and gauging the parts to insure 100% accuracy.

All Shifts Available

• 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime, $16.50
• 2nd shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime, $16.70
• 3rd shift 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Sunday through Thursday

Job Requirements:

Additional Requirements for Manufacturing Production Workers and Machine Operators include:

• Good Attendance is a MUST
• Must be able to work OT
• Steel toes are required
• Blue Jeans/ Work Pants
• T-Shirt
• Some of these Production Machine Operator positions will be at 5 am to 5 pm / 5 pm  to 5 am shift.
