Description
ResourceMFG is looking for a Batch Operator in a manufacturing/production factory in Manchester, TN. This position is responsible for blending liquid and powder products, handling raw materials, and ensuring production is completed safely and accurately in a manufacturing setting .
2nd shift available!
Pay: $21-$23 hr.
2nd: 4pm-2:30 am with OT
Responsibilities:
- Blend batches according to production instructions
- Safely handle chemicals and wear required PPE
- Pull and organize materials for production
- Perform inventory transactions in SYSPRO
- Operate a forklift to move materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing / Production experience
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
