Machine Operator – Injection Molding & Assembly (Full-Time)
Tucson, AZ 

We are recruiting Machine Operators for Injection Molding and Assembly to support an 11-month assignment with potential for permanent placement. This opportunity is within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $18.50 – $19.50 per hour
  • Schedule Option 1: Sunday – Tuesday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 
  • Schedule Option 2: Wednesday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Thursday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate automatic and conventional machinery
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Read and follow company policies and procedures
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Measure and record quality data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of machine operating or mechanical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain productivity

Assembly Operator – Tucson, AZ (Full-Time)

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Assembly Operators. In this role, you will assemble and inspect electrical components to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday- Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay: $17.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble power distribution units (PDUs), cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical components to specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic electrical assembly tasks (soldering, crimping, wiring)
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions
  • Basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques required
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with wiring, cables, or electrical components

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the RGA Clerk:

  • Process and distribute incoming parcel mail for all recipients.
  • Processing RGAs: accurate receipt, identification, verification, and processing of returned products.
  • Follow quality procedures, safety protocols.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely credit processing and product distribution or disposal.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives (including 5S and lean practices).
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment—keeping the RGA Center looking and running “like new.”
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where every member feels empowered and informed.
