This job is with a client in the manufacturing/production industry and are located on the SE side of Tucson off of Kolb and Valencia.

Pay: $19.75 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Move finished goods on the floor to maximize space and allow for 5S processes.

• Supply production with parts in a timely manner to allow operational flow.

• Follow an efficient shipping schedule as provided.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials and evaluate all materials sent to production department.

Now Hiring Quality Technician

OVERVIEW The QA Technician I is responsible for the inspection of sub-assemblies and finishing product according to quality standards and procedures. Inspections include first articles, in-process inspections, release of finish product and Statistical Process Controls (SPC). Inform production personnel of non-conforming materials. Analyzes defective parts and provides feedback to Production personnel. Works with engineering and manufacturing teams in projects related to improvement of equipment, materials and vendors to develop solutions and implement preventative measures.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inspects parts being produced per established procedures and AQLs • Reviews defective parts coming from machines, analyzes them and provides feedback to Maintenance Technician and Production personnel • Generates Defective Material Reports (DMR) for non-conforming materials • Responsible for controlling inventory within MRB • Completes and enters inspection data into Infinity Software (SPC) • Monitors and reports on quality related issues, scrap, rework levels. • Stops production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes • May assist in train direct labor personnel and others • Undertakes special assignments as required • Contributes and participates in continuous improvement activities • Position requires an individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking and team player

 

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Understands how to use and apply correct inspection tools/equipment for various inspection methods • Able to write appropriate Work Instructions • Computer literate in Microsoft Office tools • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, results driven

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, evaluate and test irrigation control electronics and circuit boards for proper functionality. • Troubleshoot, repair, or replace circuit components that have failed or are operating outside of specification. • Thoroughly track and document repaired circuit boards and components replaced. • Create and/or update repair procedure documentation based on testing results, best practices, and new findings. • Identify opportunities for process improvements. • Track raw material usage and submit purchase requests to the Service Engineering Manager for required materials. • Provide operational support in the Production and Service Center.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong electronics background with soldering experience including the ability to repair through-hole circuit boards. • Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as a multi-meter and oscilloscope. • Experience using schematics to analyze circuit logic. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. • Associate’s Degree in an electronics field with two years of applicable experience. • Experience with MS Office suite

NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR 11-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the assigned facilities equipment and installations, including but not limited to: Air compressors, air conditioning units, swamp coolers, exhaust fans, fire suppression system, building and grounds, gates, alarm system, water heaters, space heaters, furniture, illumination system, etc.

Frequent activities for this position include.

  • Daily walkthroughs by the building to verify everything is operating as expected.
    Inspection and troubleshooting for: Compressed air system, A/C units, Restrooms issues, Emergency generator, and Lock out Tag out
  • Conducts periodic inspections to ensure 5S’s and safety conditions are maintained in the building.
  • Coordinates the activities of facilities contractors, ensuring safety compliance and issuing proper work permits, etc.
  • Communicate with internal customers verbally and in writing and supports them on facilities needs they may have such as: furniture rearrangement, office relocation, equipment repairs, cleaning, board installation, etc.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and correct the issues, calling external contractors if needed.
  • Ensures building is always showable.
  • Operates cardboard baler and compactor.
  • Ensures compliance with all preventative maintenance program work orders, either performing the work or supervise external contractors doing it.
  • Ensure critical equipment of the building is well maintained and ready to work.
    o Emergency generator
    o Fire protection system
  • This position will work with vendors to obtain project quotations, bids, validate them, and revise the scope of work, timeline, etc. for all the needs involving facilities support to the building.
  • Responsible for the maintaining of spare part stock as needed for the critical equipment and reconciling invoices for proper shipments.
