ResourceMFG is recruiting for a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for an 11-month assignment with the possibility of being considered for permanent placement. This job is with a client in the manufacturing/production industry and are located on the SE side of Tucson off of Kolb and Valencia.

Pay: $19.75 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials.

• Load and unload trucks.

* Move finished goods on the floor to maximize space and allow for 5S processes.

• Supply production with parts in a timely manner to allow operational flow.

• Follow an efficient shipping schedule as provided.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials and evaluate all materials sent to production department.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, evaluate and test irrigation control electronics and circuit boards for proper functionality.

• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace circuit components that have failed or are operating outside of specification.

• Thoroughly track and document repaired circuit boards and components replaced.

• Create and/or update repair procedure documentation based on testing results, best practices, and new findings.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Track raw material usage and submit purchase requests to the Service Engineering Manager for required materials.

• Provide operational support in the Production and Service Center.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong electronics background with soldering experience including the ability to repair through-hole circuit boards.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as a multi-meter and oscilloscope.

• Experience using schematics to analyze circuit logic.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Associate’s Degree in an electronics field with two years of applicable experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Customer Service Representative will be working with a tight knit technical service support team providing the highest level of customer support by performing order entry, invoicing, parts, and product purchasing from Rain Bird and external vendors. Creates estimates, reviews and edits orders for nomenclature and pricing validity. Includes comprehensive project management ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction throughout the services lifecycle. Position also entails organized record keeping managing each step of the services projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

? Track all dispatched field service work to ensure customer satisfaction and proper closure of all projects.

? Maintain clear records of communications and project information.

? Promptly and efficiently issue purchase orders to component suppliers.

OVERVIEW: The Test Tech is responsible for the troubleshooting, build/repair, and shipment of irrigation components and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of mechanical, electrical, and programming tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

? Ownership of order fulfillment from receipt to shipment.

? Provides service in the most time and cost-efficient manner.

OVERVIEW: The Product Research Center (PRC) Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to facility improvements, and preventive and corrective maintenance. The Maintenance Technician may complete required tasks and/or pursue external resources to complete those tasks, which may include planning, prioritizing, monitoring and inspecting the work of contracted vendors in the construction, modification, maintenance and repair of PRC buildings, facilities and equipment. Items may include air compressors, cooling towers, pump systems, test equipment, electric motors and test equipment infrastructure.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and perform basic service on all equipment, pumps, and motors.

•Daily walk-through of the PRC building to verify equipment and infrastructure is operating as expected to ensure PRC readiness.

• Follow a preventative maintenance program for the PRC facility with the goal of zero downtime.

• Ensure the building is always showable for management and customer tours.

• Complete repairs to equipment.

• Comply with hazardous material storage, use, handling and disposal requirements, as well as OSHA, building, fire, and other regulatory code requirements.

• Maintain accurate and complete facilities records.

• Provide regular project updates to management, including written and verbal, as requested.

• If test demand warrants, work with Test Technicians to test product until demand subsides.

• Perform all work neatly, with excellent craftsmanship, and in accordance with all safety policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, or G.E.D

• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Basic plumbing knowledge and working with pipe fittings including associated tools such as pipe wrenches.

• Experience operating and maintaining pumps, motors, and VFDs.

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and handle pipe fitting assemblies.

• General building repairs and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, drawings and manuals.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical safety precautions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Team oriented individual.
  • A self-starter, capable of working with little direction.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical or college course work in facility maintenance AND seven (7) years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance performing skilled maintenance and project coordination; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties.
