Job Requirements

• Able to read electronic schematics, assembly prints, wire diagrams and test procedures.
• Operate electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc)
• Soldering and desoldering wires, senors and connectors
• Basic computer and system analysis equipment knowledge
• Day shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday, flexible to overtime 
• Salary starting: $20+ depending on experience

Pipefitter- lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Pay: $25-$33 DOE

Duties for Pipe Welder and Pipefitter:

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques as Mig Welder and Flux-core Welder
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including the ability to read weld symbols
• Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and exotic materials
• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
• Convention and precision measuring instruments
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation
• Welding equipment maintenance and inspection
• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
• Safety and housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must pass weld test on Mig Welder & Flux-core welding
• Minimum 3+ year experience working within a manufacturing environment / facility
• Be prepared to stand for 8–10-12 hour shifts

Duties:

• Visual inspection of welded parts and assemblies in accordance with the applicable design requirements

• Interpretation of drawings, procedures, instructions, and specifications for determining the acceptance of the product undergoing examination

• Perform dimensional inspection on piece parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable design documents within the manufacturing facility, at supplies, or at the customer site

• Monitor and records results of component testing (hydrostatic testing, coating, etc.), witness, or process audits in accordance with documented procedures

• Prepares non-conformance reports, where applicable, and completes all other documentation requirements

• Ensure documentation of inspection and testing is performed

• Assist in the training of other personnel as required by management or as required by the specific task being performed
