• Inspect incoming raw material, ingredients, packaging material, and pallet inspection
• Daily functions such as thermometer calibration inspection, scale calibration, ATP swabbing, and water calibration
• Verification,
• Preoperational/GMP monitoring
• Sample submission
• Gluten test and facility GMP audit
• Perform preshipment record review
• Perform job/GMP/Food safety training with new employees

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of food or beverage
• QA/QC experience in the USDA and/or FDS-regulated
• Prior experience Manufacturing facility
• Math skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Certification 

Instrument Tubing Fitter

Duties:

*Run pneumatic tubing

*Complete the layout of tubing on skids

*Run tubing to the end devices

*Bend tubing 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick

*Read General adjustment and P&ID Drawings

*Fabricate bracket braces and instrument racks as needed

*Reading blueprints

*Familiar with different types of tubing

*Knowledge of end devices

*Understanding of system flow

*Performs required testing of tubing

*Bending stainless steel Minimum 4 yrs experience Instrument Fitter

Pay rate: $25 - $31 an hour based on experience.

 1^st shift schedule 6am-4:30pm Monday to Saturday. Sundays when required.

Prepares non-conformance reports, where applicable, and completes all other documentation requirements

Ensure documentation of inspection and testing is performed

Assist in the training of other personnel as required by management or as required by the specific task being performed

Minimum 2+ year experience working within a manufacturing environment/facility

Will be expected to stand for 8–10-hour shifts

Competency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings, schematics or other technical documents
