Maintenance  Engineer 

Apply Today! ResourceMFG is currently seeking to hire 2 overnight/weekend Stationary Engineers for a data center/office facility near Beltway 8/Bissonnet area. 

Requirements: 

• Responsible for data center and building systems maintenance, testing, repair over site and inspection overnight and on weekends.
• Respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, leaks, and other alarms.
• Coordination of contractors for building repair, equipment replacement, testing and remodeling.
• Utilize CMMS system ensure inspections are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with people and equipment moves and relocations.
• This position will be subject to Lone Worker Safeguards such as use of a Man Down system or movement tracking.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Night/weekend shifts
• $30 - $34 DOE 

Job Requirements:

• Position is overnight & weekend shifts
• Well organized and possess strong work ethic
• Experience in commercial HVAC, electrical, CMMS
• MS Word/Excel
• Building automation and control systems such as Facility Explorer
• Experience with electrical systems, fire alarm systems, access controls, and code compliance
• Spanish, written and spoken a plus
• Lift 40 lbs

NDT Level II Inspector

Job Summary:

Position requires performing visual inspection of welded parts and assemblies in accordance with the applicable design requirements

Duties:

• Visual inspection of welded parts and assemblies in accordance with the applicable design requirements

• Interpretation of drawings, procedures, instructions, and specifications for determining the acceptance of the product undergoing examination

• Perform dimensional inspection on piece parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable design documents within the manufacturing facility, at supplies, or at the customer site

• Monitor and records results of component testing (hydrostatic testing, coating, etc.), witness, or process audits in accordance with documented procedures

• Prepares non-conformance reports, where applicable, and completes all other documentation requirements

• Ensure documentation of inspection and testing is performed

• Assist in the training of other personnel as required by management or as required by the specific task being performed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ year experience working within a manufacturing environment/facility

• Will be expected to stand for 8–10-hour shifts

• Resume required

Pay: $25-30 depends on experience.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm (10-hour shifts/Saturdays required)
