Structural Welders & Structural Fitters needed for our Centrally located client manufacturer of complex engineered skids.

3-5 years of experience.

Structural welding in a shop environment.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics Proficient with welding processes.

Exceptional math and measurement skills.

Qualified candidates must pass weld test 3G & 4G MIG/Flux-core

Fitting experience 2-3 years

Fit, cut and tack material

Prepare welding joints

Conventional and measuring instruments

Finish grinding applications using manual/power tools

1st shifts 6am to 4:30pm; Mon to Sat

2nd shifts 5:30pm to 4:00am; Mon to Sat w / differential

Pay range: $25-$30 depends on experience

Duties:

*Run pneumatic tubing

*Complete the layout of tubing on skids

*Run tubing to the end devices

*Bend tubing 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick

*Read General adjustment and P&ID Drawings

*Fabricate bracket braces and instrument racks as needed

*Reading blueprints

*Familiar with different types of tubing

*Knowledge of end devices

*Understanding of system flow

*Performs required testing of tubing

*Bending stainless steel Minimum 4 yrs experience Instrument Fitter

Pay rate: $25 - $31 DOE Shift: 1st (6am-4:30pm)

Pipe Welder & Pipe Fitters needed immediately for days and nights

Are you an experienced Pipe Welder & Pipe Fitter?  We have multiple immediate openings for Pipe Welders & Pipe Fitters!  

Day shift and night shifts available paying $25-33 per hour.

Pipe Welder must be proficient in welding techniques.

Pipe Fitter must be able to lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Duties for Pipe Fitter & Pipe Welder:

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques

• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including the ability to read weld symbols

• Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials

• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)

• Convention and precision measuring instruments

• Process inspection, certification, and documentation

• Welding equipment maintenance and inspection

• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools

• Safety and housekeeping

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements for Pipe Fitter & Pipe Welder:

• Minimum 3+ year experience working within a manufacturing environment/facility

• Be prepared to stand for 8–10-12 hour shifts

• Resume required

Pay: $25-$33 DOE

Day Shift: 1st shift - 6am - 4:30pm (flexible to work 10/12 hours)

Night Shift: 2nd shift – 4:30 pm – 2:30 am (flexible to 10-hour shifts/Saturdays required)

Job Summary:

Position requires assembly of all electrical and mechanical assembly of components and packaged equipment.

Duties:

• Perform manual processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand, electric and pneumatic tooling

• Reports defective material or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedule with minimum supervision

• Other duties as directed by supervisor Requirements:

• Ability to establish methods and procedures

• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools, interpretation of visual aids and ability to perform simple shop math

• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal is required

• Competency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings, schematics or other technical documents

• Be prepared to stand for 8–10-hour shifts

• Resume required

Pay: $18 - $25 DOE

Shift: 1st shift 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (10-hour shifts/Saturdays required)
