Requirements: 

• Responsible for data center and building systems maintenance, testing, repair oversite and inspection overnight and on weekends.
• Respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, leaks, and other alarms.
• Coordination of contractors for building repair, equipment replacement, testing and remodeling.
• Utilize CMMS system ensure inspections are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with people and equipment moves and relocations.
• This position will be subject to Lone Worker Safeguards such as use of a Man Down system or movement tracking.

Position will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems.
• This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate, utilizing formulas for all phases.
• Weld various types of metals.  
• 2nd shift  5 pm - 5:30 am.
