2nd shift Food Manufacture Packer

Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm (with overtime as needed) 

• Safely perform production line duties which may include but aren’t limited to packaging, labeling, mixing, dumping, frying, roasting, etc. 
• Adhere to all Company and regulatory policies, procedures, and regulations. 
• Provide assistance to Line Operator(s). 
• Monitor line and/or product for discrepancies and report according to Company SOPs. 
• Complete documentation, as required. 
• Maintain a clean and safe environment. 
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Tour and orientation before starting
• Steel Toe Shoes
• Plus to know Red Zone knowledge
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand entire shift 
• Food handling experience preferred but not required 

2nd Shift Order Selector – Job Summary

Location: St. Louis, MO
Shift: 2nd Shift (12 PM start, ends between 10 PM–12 AM)
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Schedule: Mandatory overtime, up to 6 days/week
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Incentives: Production bonus available after 30 days

Responsibilities

• Perform physical case picking using motorized pallet jacks
• Lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs
• Accurately assemble orders for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

Work Environment

• Operate in hot and cold environments, including refrigerated areas
• Must wear steel-toe footwear
• Workdays may extend into late evenings depending on production

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and extended shifts
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends
• Experience with mid-rider electric pallet jack (EPJ) is a plus
• Training and certification on EPJ provided
• Great attendance and consistent performance are expected
