Job Requirements:

Client is looking 5 - 7 years with additional 5 years equipment operation experience performing and responsible for:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
• Ensure that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently
• Manage a team of heavy equipment operators, providing training and support as needed
• Coordinate with other foremen, project managers, and engineers to ensure project goals are met
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify and address maintenance needs
• Monitor job site conditions and adjust operations as necessary to maintain safety and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
• Computer Literate
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Operate equipment as needed.

Journeyman Plumber

Very large mechanical, HVAC and electrical firm is adding 5 Journeyman or Master Plumbers to their team.  Must have 3 - 5 Years Journeymen experience and the ability to lead crews.  This role will cover both commercial service work and commercial new construction / remodel.  All work in and around the San Antonio area.

This direct hire role will offer you:
