Position Summary

The Inspector performs inspections of the Company’s products to determine conformance with specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Utilizing standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigs
• Processing associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material documents
• Working under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a minimum of 6 months inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigs
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions
• Knowledge of manual product marking systems and automatic systems a plus
• Ability to work under direct supervision and to follow written instructions and techniques
• Good basic mathematical aptitude required
• Other duties as required

ResourceMFG has a great opportunity for a Trouble shooting Technician within a electronics manufacture in Moorpark, CA.

Requirement:

• Reads and interprets schematics to identify design and manufacturing flaws

• Performs necessary research to build an understanding of customer boards and components

• Uses electrical test equipment, including: oscilloscope, multimeter, AC/DC power supply, and customer supplied test fixtures

• Proficient in basic computer skills, including: Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Windows Operating System environment

• Maintains test sets and equipment

• Schematic and PCB design and layout using Altium Designer

• Communicates with customers regarding testing, design and failure issues

• Creates testing and programming documents for various boards

• Meet strict deadlines for product shipments

• Interface with all departments and customers on test and quality issues

• Prepare analytical graphs and data to help identify root cause for corrective action

• Involvement with corrective and preventive action program to improve quality

Pay: $25 - $27

Hours: 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Associates or Bachelor of Science in Electronics or EET Certificate

• Two (2) to five (5) years prior job-related experience
