Job Requirements:

Work Schedule

• Rotating Shifts: 6:30am-3:15pm and 6:30pm-3:15AM
• Mandatory Overtime
• Some Mandatory Saturdays

Required:

• Must be at Least 18 years Old.
• Ability to Rotate Shifts every 2 Weeks (6:30 am to 3:15 pm and 6:30 pm to 3:15 am)
• Work 1-2 hours Daily and 8 hours Weekend Overtime as required.
• No PTO/Absences in first 6 months of employment
• Proven Record of Attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and lift for 8-12 hours daily.

We're looking for someone who is energetic & has great communication skills to be part of our Experience Center team. In this fun and exciting role, the Tour Ambassador will be required to narrate scripted tours and safely drive electric trams in our high-paced manufacturing environment. Tour Guides must be energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and willing to lead. Apply today to become part of our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Schedule tour reservations via phone and online registration system

• Support public tours by driving an electric tram or narrating up to three tours daily

• Give presentations in front of large, diverse groups of people

• Prepare tour materials

• Follow safety guidelines and ensure that guests remain within designated areas

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Must be 18 years old

• Computer experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to speak in front of groups of people

• Ability to work with all levels within the organization

Required Driving Assignment – Must be able to meet requirements to drive vehicle on assignment. Successful candidates will complete a driver certification and safety training courses before driving a tram.
